E and D drive
My E and D drive no longer read discs. I tried installing a new program and neither the D or E drive will read the disc. I tried putting in a disc for a program I already have and it will no longer read it either.

and click the (+) next to DVD/CD-ROM drives. This will reveal the
Brand and Model of the drives. Post the brand and model.
While in the Device Manager, right-click each drive and select Properties
and see if there is an Error Code present. And, look in My Computer; are
the drives showing there?
